Depending on to whom you speak, Alan Jennings is a prophet, a saint, the American version of the Chinese activist who stood in front of that tank in Tiananmen Square, one of the most consequential activists of the twentieth century.

 

Or he is a legend in his own mind, an evil false prophet, a self-promoter, a man who thinks he’s Jesus and/or the Great White Hope.

 

Alan says he’s just mad as hell, obsessed with fairness, and a nobody who grew up believing the rules didn’t apply to him who fought with everything he had for more than 40 years working for the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley.
